Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days through USPS. Once your KANEA have been shipped, you will receive an automatic email confirmation with tracking information. You may experience COVID-related shipping delays, but please email us at email@example.com if you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days of ordering.
Please ensure your full address, including apartment number, is correct at checkout. An additional shipping fee may apply if the order is returned to sender due to an incorrect shipping address.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, KANEA Candles does not accept returns. All sales are final however we will replace orders that are damaged during shipping. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding any issues with your order.
